Donald H Taylor is a 25 year veteran of the learning, skills and human capital industries, with experience at every level from design and delivery to chairman of the board. He has been chairman of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) since 2010.
Donald is also the chairman of the Learning and Skills Group (LSG), an online community of over 9,000 Learning and Development professionals. Since 2007, he has hosted between 30 and 40 webinars a year for the LSG, usually with a single speaker and between 100 and 250 attendees. Working with speakers of every level of experience – usually novices, but including some of the world’s most experiences online speakers – he helps them build and pace their presentations, ensuring that they have everything they need to create interactive, compelling presentations that keep audiences engaged.
An influential writer and international keynote speaker in the fields of learning and development and technology-supported learning, Donald also edits Inside Learning Technologies Magazine. He was the 2007 recipient of the Colin Corder award for services to training and has chaired the Learning Technologies Conference, Europe’s largest workplace learning conference, since 2000. He is a graduate of Oxford University.
